This helps us maintain the quality and freshness of our products during transit. For pickup orders, we also ensure that your jÅ«içes are made fresh and ready at the earliest time possible, so you receive them at peak freshness. Order Processing:
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. This allows you to monitor your package as it makes its way to you.

Carrier Responsibility
Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. While we take all necessary precautions to protect your order from damage, we highly recommend adding a layer of protection through our optional shipping insurance. This will ensure you are reimbursed by the carrier for any damages that may occur during transit.

Shipping Refunds and Delays
Please note that we do not provide shipping refunds for delays caused by inclement weather, package refusal, or if the delivery address is incomplete or incorrect. We urge all customers to double-check their shipping address at the time of order to avoid any issues.
Shipping and handling refunds will only be issued if there is an error on our part. Therefore, we strongly suggest purchasing insurance for your parcel to safeguard against potential loss or damage.

Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds on opened or used goods. We take great care in preparing your juices, and it is important to us that we maintain the highest standards of product safety and quality. However, if there is an issue with your order that we determine was caused on our end, we will work closely with you to find a solution. Please note that refunds cannot be issued simply upon request, especially considering the perishable nature of our products. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to keeping our products safe and fresh for everyone!

Local Pickup
Pickup is available only on Fridays at 3 PM at the Burlington County Agricultural Center, located at 500 Centerton Rd, Moorestown, NJ 08057. Kindly wait to receive your pickup confirmation before arriving to collect your order, and ensure you bring your confirmation number for verification. Orders placed after Wednesday may not be ready until the following Friday to allow sufficient processing time. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Local Delivery
We offer local delivery for just $5 to customers in and around Burlington County, NJ! Simply enter your address at checkout and select the "Local Delivery" option to take advantage of this service. We'll bring your favorite JÅ«içe Se Lavi products right to your door!
